I booked a fantastic room! It was a Small Single Room without Window. The room had good ventilation. The hotel's design was quite stylish from the lobby to the room, which I appreciated! I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!
The room was really small, so it was hard to move around with luggage.

small room misleading advertising
The location was good, close to the subway station. (This was a big plus).
The room I received was not the room I saw when I booked it. The tiny room was very small. It was not a good value, and I felt misled. I would have liked more transparency.

tiny room bad soundproofing
the staff were friendly and helpful, i will say that.
The queen room i got was not what i expected. it was really tiny. There wasn't much space around the bed. also, i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, the soundproofing wasn't good at all

The location was safe. The room was large. PADS AND pillows were soft. The bathroom was adequately equipped.
